Still unsure what effects are considered rare I think vendored a couple SR that looked like first accessory.

So don't know if I was lucky or unlucky.

Affliction rate is very rare I think. you're lucky you even got those on SSR rings (I mostly get them on SRs, and my SSR rings just end up with either def up or HP up)

And I think the only effects you wouldn't want to see are Ability damage, affliction resistance and rage mode gauge reduction I think? (well the last 2 are kinda situational i suppose)
