  1. there is no harm to your account. all that the "data mining" does is reading a json file that gets sent when you start a scene.
    from there it looks up where the assets (images, sound) are stored, which isnt even on nutaku servers i think, and downloads them so the program can play them back

    worst thing to happen would be that they block unauthorized access to the data, which i doubt they really care about as they havent been doing anything regarding this so far. for the server its probably just the same as when starting a scene. it receives a request to access the necessary files, just that we are downloading them instead of just watching

    However, it is possible that your accoundID is in that file so that they can track those who spread them. Also, your account name is often in the text as the protagonist's name.

    I don't think that either Nutaku or DMM waste their time hunting down people who share scenes, but just to keep in mind.
