I believe the Kaiser Dragoon are getting a buff, somewhere around two-three months from now (on our version). They're not as good here as what sanahtlig said (yet).

oh, so the dragoons will get boost? it's a shame i couldn't find her more than once then.
though in the future i may get more of her with phanton beast orb once they're available
