Frenzy/madness (kyouran) isn't berserk/rampage (bousou). It seems to be functionally the same as dazzle (randomly prevent action)? But since it's technically a different debuff, the two can co-exist.

Strikes me as a nice upgrade for her.
It's not 4th ability, it's just upgraded 3rd ability. Frenzy/madness is another dizziness/charm like ability (that will be third) with added charge orb reduction, at least that's my understanding of it.
