    The question is rather, if they will cost "Soul P".
    So far I understood, to unlock T4 Souls you have to FLB the hero weapon and to get the materials to FLB it you have to farm phantom guardian.
    At least thats what I think.
    But we don't know it yet, same about raid currency.
