Was Raiko nerfed at some point? I've had her since forever and could of sworn it was 45%, hmm, shame if true.

Baal/Tyr/Raiko are the ones that allow you to keep up with Shingen.

Marduk & Justitia both fill their burst gauge but that isn't consistent enough IMO
