1. Jewels gacha will and always be just using it during bonus rate up during the release of the unit you want. Aside from that it wil be nothing but RNG.

2. For your current team, your best bet is using Baphomet and Nergal with Morded with Sniper Shot. In the case you dont need Black Propaganda, Joan with Sniper Shot, in which you'd remove Baphomet for any other stronger fire kamihime you have. Brynhildr and Sol as your last two, Though you can replace Sol for another one of your SR fire kamihimes for better damage output since you have a 100% ediolon, but if the fight is too difficult, best to use Sol til you get better fire kamihimes.

From our current pool, you want either SSR Amaterasu or R Sakuya. SSR Enma would help too. The current SR roster of fire kamihimes is rather mediocre.

Wasting a Miracle ticket opportunity is a decision you may regret later. They're the #1 item worth spending on. Everything else provides far less value. With Belial, Amaterasu, and Svarog your team will be nigh unstoppable. With only Belial your Fire team will be pretty lackluster.

Also, there's people who've gambled hundreds or even thousands of dollars trying to land what you've happily stumbled upon.

The event schedule is not an important concern, especially if you have a primary eidolon already. 1-2 SSR weapons do not make or break a build. The difference in damage from SR Disaster weapons is only about 3% per weapon (assuming both Assault).

The next fire SR to keep an eye on is Hephaestus for her A-frame -15% def debuff, directly replacing Nergal. Conveniently, she's in the same set as Mars, who you'd also really like. They should be about a couple of months away. If you intend to focus on improving your fire team, that's the set to gamble on.
