Sphinx doesn't hit as often, yes, has a long cooldown, AND is weaker than Mordred's debuff-.
Certainly much, much better than nothing, but not as reliable as Mordred's debuff.


Elemental advantage debuffs are currently extremely rare and will always be tied to extremely specific SSR Hime. Not to mention that Water doesn't even have any as far as I know!
