That's me, actually.

And the fact is, we don't know. We're currently ~365 days behind DMM, so Nutaku might decide to skip this to keep us in sync for seasonal events. If they do, what will they do with the Hime released during this event? We don't know.
There's no surefire way to know until Nutaku announces their plans, which I assume to be when Icaros raid gets taken down.

As I recall, Kitty gets her info from the server itself. So the chances of this event being skipped are pretty slim.

Well, I hope they skip it then. Otherwise, SSR Cybele is less likely to be on the Miracle ticket.

Isn't the miracle ticket release date supposedly predictable based on the DMM release? Or does nutaku have complete control over its release?

Nutaku kinda controls which events go live and which ones don't.

We were supposed to get a Double Advent between Saint Nicholas and Reiki event, but we didn't. It never went live.

So you can kinda expect Nutaku to skip another re-issue event. Plus both Rahab and Medusa eidos are really shitte.

My forecast has to do with the timing of SSR Cybele's release, assuming the Miracle ticket gets released on the same date, and accounting for the possibility that Nutaku includes all currently-released non-limited kamihime on the ticket. We can reasonably expect SSR Cybele will be released with the same event, so when that event happens could determine whether she makes the ticket or not.

At this point, it's a coin toss whether she'll make the ticket. I think Mars has a pretty good chance of being on it.
