Thread: [Event 39] Advent Battle vs Medusa and Rahab (Rematch)

I've only very recently started to look into this game strategically, so my team is pretty cobbled together (focusing on Rahab because of my only SSR):

Main:
Cassiopeia (max lvl)
Nemesis (lvl 40)
Nike (SR, 50)
Meretseger (40)
Poseidon (~22)

Sub:
Cybele (~22)
Baal (40)

Eido:
Water Kaiser Dragoon (main)
Elec, Water "regular" dragoon
Lindwurm
Bugbear
Furfur

These are just my highest level/tier units, excluding fire (Amon 40, Kagutsuchi 40). I also have a pool of untouched rares, I can list if needed.

Anyway, I've (impulse) bought a Rahab, nothing else for either side of the event. The team can auto Beginner and auto Standard (if I step in to activate a single heal). Expert is impossible, or I'm just bad at managing skills (I end up running out of enemy buff clears, or debuffs to enemy). Which items from the events should I prioritize getting, and which difficulty should I farm?

You have almost two weeks before the next raid event. Unlike Advent events like this one, raid events are newbie friendly. Try to find yourself a 100% Eidolon, or two SSR Hime of the same element, or one core Hime of some element. Anything you gain from this event will not compare in any way to a proper start of an account.

Also, please don't use Kaiser Dragoon as you main Eidolon. While they have good stats, they effectively don't have a passive effect so... literally anything will help you more.

So the recommendation will be to reroll, as it seems like you just don't have much to lose if you do so right now. Both event rewards-wise and what you've rolled.

This is also not the worst time to reroll. Rahab gets another reprint which ought to arrive here in late December. Medusa doesn't have great stuff to get anyway. Next event's a union event and the one after that is raid. So you have time before you need to rely on your own strength for event rewards.

I have enough materials after MLBing the Rahab weapon, getting all gatcha tickets, getting the first set of SoulP, getting 3 black grimoires and a gold one (grimoires are really expensive!), and all 20 half elixirs to grab one copy of the Rahab eidolon. I was told that there will be some kind of eidolon exchange store so should I get one for exchange purposes in the future?

Always get at least one copy of the eido for lewds/jewels.
Other than that? You can get more copies if you need or can afford it, but it's a luxury. Don't go out of your way to get more copies of an eidolon you aren't going to use.

ya, blow em. if ur lucky u can get a 100% eido or a sol / gaia. for any other element, you need 2x SSR himes of the same element to justify the account, after which u can blow a miracle ticket on it so you get an instant team.

*sigh* not this stupid login issue again.... RIP unspent AP/BP

well at least I already MLB'ed everything I needed from Rahab/Medusa...
