a noob question, if SSR Cybele has guaranteed combo hit rate, should we place her as last main member?

SSR Cybele can be placed last to boost Burst generation (by Bursting twice). But since she has a 1-turn invincibility and self-heal, she also makes a good frontliner to absorb damage.
