Enter rage and go ham with all your nukes and bursts. You should be able stun her with minimal if not zero casualty. After that just unleash your inner lolicon for ez win. Non above is the perfect example.
the problem is...i don't have dullahan's axe, i used it as material to get one of my SSR weapons to level 20 skill level.

Even so, if you wanna stick with defensive methods with Cassiopeia, I can also recommend cleanse to remove that annoying ability CD lock (you have Hades to defend against the first debuff which would block your heal).
to be honest i've thought to make her raging and just nullify her raging overdrive with gaia, that why i did put her in front instead of susanoo.
thanks to ama and satan, it'll take her 5 turns to use it (4 turns to charge, and unleash it on the 5th turn)
then, even if the debuffs are gone, the CD of the abilities will be close to over and i'll be able to debuff her again+using cassi's chaos magic to remove her abnormality resistance buff.
unless her raging gauge is too high, then i'll just keep the debuff for a little longer so they won't get removed soon after and get minimal damage from her raging overdrive (or apply the debuff when my team ready to use full burst.
