If you don't have any problems, then I'd say sure, go for it, the earlier you awaken KHs, the more prepared you will be for future events since they will be at lvl 80.
To complete your team, what you're looking for is SSR Cybele (and perhaps Hastur) which neither of them have an awakening and probably won't have an awakening unless they win a popularity vote.
Why would either Cybele or Hastur need awakenings? Both of them are really fucking powerful on their own right.
