Then go for it, your Wind team desperately needs some sustain.

It's a shame Wind doesn't have that much healers, Ithaqua being the best (a SR), outside of that, you should be able to pretty much take every single raid down with that setup, given that the burst potential with Titania and Cu Chulain is insane.

my current wind tea doesn't have a lot of key kami, so using awakened gaia with a lot of atk downs can give quite a lot of sustain for your team. adding Joan to this combo makes you nearly unkillable when used right (bonus points with joan and gaia's mitigation skills combined practically nullifying damage at that point).

the trick is to use what you got to survive. if you can build more power on that to clear faster, then fine. but top priority is being able to survive the harder content, not smashing it into oblivion.

granted a lot of setups ignore using gaia, but you're not there yet and she's WAY more useful to players that can't crank out the damage, provided you use her right...

can't overestimate that powerful skill set she gets even when awakened or you'll find yourself in a bad spot, especially if it's something like a wind team against Rahab ragnarok since you're getting nuked often and it'll crack through defenses at some point.

So I did go Gaia, and assuming I awaken her once I finish leveling her where do you think i should go soul/relic/kami wise in the future? Do I put gaia in main squad for oberon or someone else? Also have ithqua, sr cybele, and Maeve on the bench should one of them come off?

honestly, maeve doesn't seem too good compared to the others... while cybele can be covered by mordred or d'art if you have either of those souls...

but on the other hand, i have run joan with ambush, which are better versions of oberon's debuffs

you might have to adjust your team so you can make the most of the atk and def debuffs you can get then go from there... it's not too hard to hit the 50% atk debuff cap (cybelle, zepyrus and caspiel pretty much guarantees you can do it), but i think the most def will get right now is around 40% (but i'm not sure so use that as a starting point and not a concrete fact).

if survival is your thing, then you definitely got it, but for damage, my wind team will toss in iblis (who also covers the same debuffs as cybele) for wind atk buffing and use someone to buff atk as well (there's a few of them in the wind SR section, including Aisha if you got her from the koihime crossover event)

I was using iblis on my main team until I unlocked and started using mordred. My understanding is mordreds debuff and iblises are both the same so don't stack which is why I switched her to the sub team and pulled oberon forward. Currently using the team Atk buff ex skill to try to get some atk up. I'm getting close to unlocking my second legendary soul which was why I was debating going dart and getting her relic and then using ambush to hit the defense cap, but then I don't really have any atk buffs.
