Yes the extra 10% is working on nutaku, but its only worth in some cases when that 10% overtakes another off element eido, assuming useful active too, and this isnt something usual considering veterans have plenty of 2k+ atk eidos thanks to +99 stuff, the most recent one that its worth to take into consideration is Icarus since she can overtake some eidos in a wind grid thanks to the 10%, but most of the time its just a nice bonus to have, not gamechanging at all.

from what i hear though, the 10% does help in the case of the 100% eidolons...

so double Belial with a ton of nova dragoon subs would probably be ridiculously strong right? at the very least, that's almost 1100 HP and almost 4k attack with each one at +99 and lv100 and they're all giving the 10% bonus. add on the fact that there's 5 of them in that sample build i put there...

more so, while that does seem like a very unlikely build (we're talking about 25 nova dragoon pulls and 5 belial pulls with it), that honestly is doable with enough luck or whaling (still gonna be a lot unless your SSR rate is insane)... +99 on eidolons are also easier to do compared to weapons/kamihime as well
