Are the portraits and thumbnails the PNG file type? Change them to PNG if they're not otherwise everything else looks correct (parenthesis instead of square brackets, the spelling and spacing of the image files matching the player's names).
Edit 1: Updated to include both DLpy scripts, the troubleshooting guide (mentions the newest DLpy script location), attached the DMM files for Olivier [Looking at the Bread Girl], and [Memorial0025] Mammon. The previous DMM files are on post #846.
