The 5% result out of switching out 2 Assault + (13%) for the two Phoenix weapons (and Pride is still a bit away). 26% - 21% (Phoenix Bow) = 5%

You are right if you count them seperatly, but in this case I was considering them as a pair mainly. And I also said, depending on your own Grid and probably what your Hime-Roster has to offer (I wasnt blessed with many defensive type Hime, so in order to not get constantly onto the brink of death I need some more HP to pull through).

KamiPro is popular, and more importantly, appears to be quite profitable judging from my survey. There's many incentives to spend and people do so liberally. As elemental advantage becomes an increasing focus we can expect SSR Kamihime Gatcha to increase in popularity. They're constantly coming up with new and innovative ways to part users with their money, such as Exclusive Gatcha.

A game's life expectancy can also be judged by the quality and timeliness of support provided. Major bugs are getting fixed quickly, often within a day of complaints. Towards end of life, support will diminish as cashflow dwindles and the company determines that those resources could be put to better use elsewhere.

Based on these indicators, I'd say the game has at least a year of life ahead of it, barring a major kerfuffle like DMM and Nutaku having a fall-out and Nutaku refusing to share their user database (so data could be migrated to new servers).

You don't ask if it's worth you just take SSR fodder especially if it's a crap one.
In hindsight, "almost no one" is a pretty bad statement on my part, considering I up and forgot I myself said "SL2 SSR weapons alone could up SL29 to SL30".

That being said, I don't find maxing a 4LB weapon as tough as some would imagine. A sufficiently hardcore player currently (I define those as joining every ragna raid they see and clearing at least 4/6 of the elements every day) should be able to collect more than enough fodder for 1 or 2 skill ups per day, and that's notwithstanding the amount you get from events, especially raid events, where even the person who just clears the bare minimum could easily get 20-ish weapons out of the raid gacha.

A matter of patience in my eyes, but I do take back the statement on the SSR, one should definitely go for it.

That last part confuses me kinda, I don't deal with corporate issues all that well. How does migrating data to new servers affect the game, and how is the game affected if nutaku refuses to?

I'm imagining a hypothetical scenario where DMM cuts relations with Nutaku. However, Nutaku presumably has the user/password information that allows users to be linked to their accounts (stored on Nutaku, DMM, or elsewhere). If Nutaku refused to share that, all progress would be lost, even if DMM were to host their own version of English KamiPro, and even if DMM had access to all the account data. In such a dispute, Nutaku would have no incentive to share this information; they could use it to blackmail DMM to agree to their terms.

If we looked at it the other way, could DMM simply pull the plug regardless and continue to cater only to the JP audience?

Either way, the result is the same; the game we play could close without warning and all data would be lost. Presumably this won't happen while the game remains profitable, but the possibility always exists.

I wouldn't say easily get 20+ weapons from raid gacha. I've never rolled anywhere that many with the ~800-900 tickets I have from 225+/100 souls each raid event.

thats the shitty thing about online / mobile games - there is no data saved on your local machine. you don't actually own the game, merely an invitation to play. the vendor can take your money and shut down the next day. which is why we should only stick to the big titles and names that we can trust.

If one has decent light eidos(Nicholas,Barong), decent thunder (Amalthea), does Pheonix have any worth as an eidolon or it goes straight into the orb shop after collecting the jewels from it?
