IIRC, their overall accuracy rate on this subject was better earlier.

Uninformed scrub here. What is a “Final Limit Break”, and what do you need to perform it? All I see is it gives it more base stats and a new skill... do I need another weapon or something to break the uncap limit, or just mats? I keep seeing people mention getting multiple bows, is that just because this is a rerun, and they refilled the stock? I feel like this is something basic, but I don’t see an explanation.

You need a level 125 SSR weapon with skill level 20. Not all weapons have FLB, however.
You only need the mats.
People who are FLBing multiple bows had one MLB from the previous Phoenix and bought another one from this one.

Oh shit, I missed this one, actually.

It gives more base stats (since level cap turns to level 150), a second skill (usually, or upgrades a skill) and more skill level cap. So Phoenix bow goes from 2106 Atk with 16% Assault to 2317 Atk with 21% Assault AND 15% HP. That's preeeeetty damn good.
