Got a question for those running the Labyrinth. Can you just minimize the screen and come back to your spot hours later?

Do you need to minimize? Kamihime tends to be pretty good at allowing you to continue where you left off, in all content except time limited raids.

So even if you can't 7 hours at one time... you can just leave it open and get the 7 hours over a couple days, right?

question was about that shitty grind event while on mobile, no?

On the right side is a yellow button which has a typical Pause-Symbol ("||") on it. If you hit it and confirm, you basically pause your run and can come back to it later if you want.

Can I quit game and come back? Or it has to stay open?

doesn't have to stay open. it's pretty much the same as being in any other battle, you can close the game for hours and still come back to resume where you left off. you ONLY stop when you click to receive rewards aka end the current run. you can go back, but it resets and brings you back to floor 1.
