she's a chrono witch, which is a witch that can additionally apply a passive slow on enemy units that enter her range.

I'm the complete opposite of you. Have like 11 premium plats and only 3(4) premium blacks on my end.

So, is Rinne the first character who has one affection bonus as a negative value? I believe the bonus in question is physical resistance? Correct me if I'm wrong.

A negative value means that she's either getting a damage reduction bonus or something to lower her skill cooldown. Least that is what instinct tells me from how those kinds of values work.

i have 5 blacks, and only 2 plats after almost 1 year playing. Pulled 4 plats actually, but one is dupe and the other become RC.

black Iris have that bonus too, thats attack speed bonus iirc. So Rinne will heal a bit faster than normal fengshui user.

to be exact, it's reduction to attack rigidness (reduction in attack animation/speed delay), which basically translates to attack speed increase.
but yeah she isnt the first one to have that. b. iris and black VH sue also have it.
