Majins are recent, as in, last months recent, event type addition on DMM, so don't expect them on Nutaku side before 2050.

Platinum armor gives your unit 500 XP if used as fodder. You feed it with 3 fairies of the same rarity as upgrading unit for whopping 8k XP. Usually at later unit levels, to save the time and money on levelling.
