Where to Farm plat spirits from...i neee around 60 of them at present..lol

Do i farm Spirit Rescue H or Phalnax 2
Phalnax 2 is not giving me a single fairy from last few weeks..
Spirit Rescue H is 6 charisma for Average 2 spirits...which should i do...

Also has anyone heard of Lafte-san
he isnt posting for a while...makes me curious
