Thread: Shadow Sniper Guide

Well, just finished my last run. 4CR 8/10 is the final count. That last CR can go shove itself somewhere, 13 is good enough.

Decided to give the 100/2 map a go since i had just enough. Didn't 3* it because i leaked a few. My units were a bit too costly i guess. Did get all the drops though, was nice.

I finally got a Healer to drop on map 3. Yay for CCing my 3rd Healer

Overall I managed to get 5 Ritas. Main Rita is currently -2/+2 and I still have 2 Ritas to feed her. I'll do that with some gold or less fairies to make the XP gains worth it. I'll be farming Phalanx 2 like mad next week as we will likely have another break.

So for the Monday it left me with a choice : keep going with Rita or farm gold/plat armors. If I don't farm gold/plat armors it will screw me too much next week as I need the gold and still have 2 plat armors sitting there from last week. So its going to be grinding for gold/resources in the campaign and Phalanx 2 for me.

I'm reasonably happy with getting 5 Ritas to drop. Only 1 healer farming map 3 all week is rather annoying though. But I already had Spica, Bashira, Elizabeth, Shao so as a free player with that line up Rita is rather niche. As is I tend to run Spica, Bashira and Elizabeth in the main team anyway. I think Shao has more general utility as she can be a ranged Rogue of sorts. Not that I ever see me ever needing 5 archers. But you never know.

Well did my last possible run on her farm map and only got that far. Least compared to previous farm events I've committed to farming the unit Rita has almost broken my no max CR reduction streak by 1, but on the plus side I only need to sacrifice 3 Rainbow spirits to her for the full 25 second non-targetable clause.

Also in retrospect, is it wrong to say that I felt even as far as farm events go that this was the easiness of them? That or having an AWed Spica, Cloris, Bernice, and Iris with a side of 50CC70 Odette and a 50CC41 Garania shaved off a good amount of the difficulty of the event.

i think untill we get harder maps the awaken power spike will make any event easy as long as its not a tight up map

Well, I splurged

Ended up spending a total of 5 SCs on this event, which is basically the most I've spent on any event. More than I spent on Karma etc. Got 21 Ritas (give or take one or so), 2 rogues and 9 Verottes*. Managed to finally get 5 CR, as well as 5 SU - the last CR was kind to me and I got it on the first try. Yay! ^_^

The drop rate was tolerable and I can understand needing 21 copies to max CR considering it takes 16 on average, but failing 12 out of 14 50% chance skill ups before I spent these last 2 SCs was just silly. The Demoness must have really been out to get me.

All in all, I'm satisfied with what I got. There probably aren't that many situations where I would need Rita, but seeing as her skill seems pretty fun to use and I somewhat like her character design, I'm alright with spending a few SCs on a unit that's objectively mediocre.


*P.S. I also got a Giovanni from free summon today, lol.

Meh wasted 5 sc too and still stuck at CR3 SU 6/10. At least I managed to 3* all maps. Next stop, awaken my Thetis, she did well on last map.

Ugh, maintenance started while I was halfway through Messenger From the Den... on a related note, I hate how if, say, your internet cuts out or your browser crashes, it doesn't keep your progress on a mission...

On the brightside, I got 14, maybe 15 Ritas. While I don't care about maxing her skill, I should have enough to mincost her.
