Why awaken betty when you can already awaken lyla and use her instead? You are purely want her for gold rush ability i assume.

Betty is better for gold get than Lyla. Rogues attack faster than bandits and you'll typically use Betty for Pastoral Gate or other easy maps.

But i overheard betty cant one-shot mobs unlike lyla? Not sure about post aw tho.

AW Betty w/ Prince buff and Dancer passive can 1 shot goblins and that's enough to make Pastoral Gate gold efficient.

Recent unit balance patch made it so Betty doesn't need a Dancer anymore

That's good to know. I didn't bother to investigate if that was possible since I stopped leveling my Betty upon acquiring Waltz anyway.

I still use a fair amount of silvers. My mage stocks are appalling as I had to buy Cyrus from Marketplace to have a better mage. Overall I'm pretty happy with what I have aside from that. Sophie makes up for only having 1 gold or better healer and Leeanne works well as secondary tank (usually drop a duelist for her when needed).

Considering Betty has an assassination chance, I'd say Betty can one-shot mobs that Lyla cannot
But Lyla's higher attack may be a bit better for one-shotting.
