Crap, the Avenger enemy units are seriously screwing with me. I keep forgetting them and their whole "gain attack as they lose life" thing and they suddenly one shot my units out of the blue.

Don't block them, just use ranged attackers (although some maps, ranged slots are in short supply; however, using primarily ranged means you have a LOT less need for healers). It will make your life a lot easier since you don't have to be like "WTF- Oh damn... nearly dead = one-shot my blocker"

Yeah, the sheer number of enemy ranged can be a tad bit intimidating at first but luckily none of those chumps are anywhere near as dangerous as black goblin archers, fish men bubbles or a pissed off lich so you can actually fill ranged slots pretty aggressively as long as you're careful with your healer coverage. Awakened Vampire Hunters and Plat mages in particular hold up pretty well because of their high stats and MR respectively.

Best thing I can manage is 2 stars on 3rdmap, Im still way too weak

But I try again next week maybe by then I can manage the 3 stars or maybe 1 star the 4th map

PS: I manage to get plat Valk thetis whos stats at lvl10 are similar to my lvl30 elaine and my kerry is still lvl1, so which of the valks should I lvl up?

Also got an extra copy of Iris and Bernice, should I wait till I can CC the copies and feed em to my main Iris and Bernice?

Its a star trial, no need to rush, you clear maps once and be done with it unlike farm or collection events. You're new player i guess and you dont need silvers that much, so you should level your troops for maps requirements then try to finish them at next week.

If your Kerry is level 1, it's Thetis no question. Even if you lack the silvers to CC her, her stats at 50 un-CC'd will be comparable to Kerry 50CC60 (HP she loses massively by almost 700 but Attack she loses by 8 and Defense by 22 if we assume Kerry is max affection and Thetis is the pre-CC max of 50). Naturally this means Elaine doesn't even compare.

If you're too weak to do the 2nd half of this event, CR/SU using CC'd copies of golds is a waste of time, especially given the frequency of breaks on Nutaku. Level your units, hold onto the spares and worry about possibly leveling them for CC during the likely break week following event end.

@Ramzan - yeah started about 2 months ago and I just wanted to farm stage 3-4 so I could get some of my need for the time I can AW some of my core units.

Also Should I buy the gold magician? (the one worth 70DC) right now my best magic attack are valerie and the silver girl (purple haired one) cant remember her name Pallis or something like that

Honestly? Only worthwhile units I see in Trading Post is Saki and Spica.

Cyrus seems to be basically an Gold version of Valerie because he has same skill as him.

I quite don't know what to spend my Demon Crystals on now that I got both Saki and Spica. Spirits of awakening for me unless someone convinces me I need a platinum samurai + Cyrus.

You should know that in DMM the trading post goods rotates daily but Nutaku haven't rotated the units in trading post for like.. a year or two now? A veteran would know more than I do. But I'm equally interested because I don't' know what to get next either. lol

Cyrus is a solid upgrade over Valerie, but Pallis is already pretty good one, so you might want to postpone his acquisition till later.
And Akane, platinum samurai, is actually pretty solid replacement for heavy infantry for the situations when you don't need defensive skill to avoid being one-shot. Good survivability, high attack, cleave and dodge makes for a solid kit for wave clearer)

Hm, best utility druid seems to offer would be their heal-all-on-placement tokens. Them being stealthed also might help with some scenarios where you want to deploy a healer in dangerous
spot.
