Thread: Using Two Princesses?

For starters, these princesses really shine best when AW'd. Since it sounds like you're not at that point yet, I'd advise you to focus on CC'ing your other units first.

As much as I love Lilia, you'll want to AW Sherry first, due to her "golden army" passive (boost all gold-rarity stats by 5%, and supposedly units below that rarity as well).

AW Lilia is a longer investment, particularly since she becomes godly with SAW. At AW though, she's a very respectable duelist, and her HP-regen passive can give her some leeway with letting her tank things without a dedicated healer for a short while.

There's no reason to regret leveling both of them quite a bit although Awakening them both is a bit sketchy. A convenient thing about princesses is that unlike most other plats they don't require lighting 3 silver units on fire to reach max affection and the equivalent of 50cc70 stats. Thanks to her inherent tankiness Lilia in particular shines as a 2nd or 3rd string duelist that can help power you through the story maps and still make cameo appearances in maps like Golden Armor G even if you never bother to max her out.

I have 2 princesses as well: Sherry and Themis. Gacha was weird. Had bad luck, but one day I had 2 princesses. The problem is that I couldn't really use them since I was underlvl. Later on, event maps were pretty tough.

I haven't AW anyone yet. I agree with the experienced players when you have them AW, they will make things easier.

sherry is one of the best draws u could get , especially if a freemium. Themis....not that much. she's rather weak

Themis can do the job if your new. I had her under my first pulls and was pretty happy to get a princess at all (as i realy loved that class and still like it). I leveled and used her (befor AW for princesses came out) and she managed me to beat caste retake and the likes. Her defence multiplier skill actualy was usefull at some maps to duel too hard hitting shit especialy since my best tank was leeanee. That she doesnt need to be cc´ed made her quickly stronger then other units as shes ways easier to level as a newb. I got sherry some time later rendering her useless as it would requier to AW her to keep somewhat usefull which is too much of an investment tbh.
Not too bad of a unit overall though. As long as u dont have a bunch of event units that fill her role better.

i have themis as well. She is not that great even at max level. Her aw seems to make her a bit stronger , but i'd still not waste timewith her

Themis' issue isn't that she's "weak" per se, the issue is her stats in relation to UP cost (she's stronger than Kerry, naturally, but Kerry's much cheaper). She's essentially a watered down Lilia which is decent for newbies but there are plenty of duelists that outclass her in strength/cost ratio.

Anyways, TC like ZeroZet said, the primary issue to be wary of with using two princesses is UP cost. You will likely want a cheaper duelist (Valkyrie or Bandit, perhaps) as an option if UP is tight. Those two total 42 UP together, which is not cheap.

In terms of Awakening further down the road, Sherry is first, easily. Any non-whale is going to love her buff to gold and silver units (and bronze/iron but bronze are highly situational and iron lol). Sherry is offensive in nature, Lilia is defensive, which you actually deploy in a slot will depend on which you need there and then.

In terms of leveling, make sure your core units (healers, archers, Leanne/Bernice/Gellius and Katie/Julian/Jerome/Zenobia) are leveled and CC'd first. Having high powered duelists isn't going to 3* maps for you if you don't have the rest of the team up to snuff. Post your owned units if you want some advice on leveling priorities.
