Farm units are not put in revivals though, they tend to be farmable units in star rushes sometimes. Heard this is a rather new thing though, so we might se revivals for farm units.

Revivals were initially introduced only during weekends, back before AW was even implemented (since there was nothing on during the weekends). after some time, I assume after the implementation of weekend AW orb maps, the revivals were changed into week-long events. after which, not sure exactly when it happened, but at least dec 2015 onwards, farm revivals were entirely scraped off and their units were revived and farmed in star rush and gold rush maps.

on the other hand, star rush and item collection event unit revivals remain as they are: week-long events to farm revival crystals to trade for them.

I'm upset I never got Anya and want her revival to finally come. I've gotten over not being around for Aria and Belinda's events, there are units we will get in 2-3 years from now that I'd rather have, but as a unit and an adorable partner to Claudia I am sad I didn't hear about the game in time to get Anya.

I prefer Aria and Belinda though, and note that Anya require different method of CC and AW (as with all dragon unit) while you can never have enough good soldier and witch, yes especially witch.

The dark knight orbs are used to awaken the vampire princess class, which had awakening implemented in the recent update. This does however cause the odd situation where awakening orbs are available that are only useful for a single one off event unit that requires another awakening orb type as well, while the class the orb is named for is yet to be available.
