...dude, did you miss the 4hp every 0.5s part? when she's not fighting, so if she gets 10s break between fighting 2 mobs, she gets to recover 80hp, or 120hp after cc, which isn't much to rely on, so fighting back-to-back obviously isn't best for her.

Why does it matter the exact manner is - the end result is the same ?
The exact answer as it was already pointed out is that only when not attacking, she regenerates in 0.5 second tics for 4/6/8, which amounts to 8/12/16 per second total. Poison maps, on the other hand, always deplete HP, again in 0.5s tics but they vary in the damage they deal. I've been told Monday dailies for example deal 5 damage per tic, but Golden Armor X, which we don't have yet, deals 20 damage per tic.
What this means is that Rikka regenerates in similar intervals, but the mechanics are not exactly the same as toxic maps - she does not heal all the time.

Oh it does, its just that what I was trying to ask was if the regen occured as fast as how poison maps could deplete hp. Since she can't be healed via healers I never intended to have her on a poison map, I was just asking if regen rate for her hp was similar to how fast a poison map depletes hp.
