In case anybody hadn't figured it out yet the most efficient setup is alternating 100/2 and 50/5

less SCs required than any other strat

The alternating path is the best if you don't use SCs for her. If you are going to spend SCs, the 100/2 mission is the only one you need, with SCs refilling Charisma.

the alternating path isn't the issue. I was just pointing out that if you want to maximize SCs the best ideea is not to spend for this unit , considering she's not the greatest black we're ever going to get...
