and fyi, dmm aigis only has 1 week for their gold rush. extending this event to 2 weeks is simply developer way of giving us a longer break. still pissed off at no event for christmas though.

Actually dmm gold rushes don't have a specific amount of days they run for. They get one new map a day and they've been anywhere from 7-12 days long. This specific GR was 11 days long(7 on it's revival) so there is a bit more extra time to farm. Whether dailies or gold units are a priority is personal preference though. The drop rates are just as bad on dmm though.

I think I absorbed most of everyone else's luck for today.

Took two runs before I got all the spirit drops and a Julian clone to throw into him. It is amusing though when you can sneeze in a map's general direction and watch it fall over.

This was like the 4th or so event on the JP version so it should be easy for anyone.

(I'm referring to those who would benefit from breaks and those on the pro-break team skipping monday daily in favor of event even though they likely need gold and exp armors)

I don't blame the pro break people for their stance. I mean the dev team gave us that pace at the beginning so people that aren't familiar with the JP version may have assumed breaks were always going to be thing.
That being said I also don't think they're necessary and people who don't want to spend money are likely just going to have to adapt and set their priorities.

yeah just noticed, it was my bad because I saw the release pace of the revival and thought it was the one for the initial gold rush.
you're right on the preference, but it is clear from this that we're actually given a break to farm for resources, no different from a star rush, yet everyone throws stamina away on rushing event WHEN THERE IS NO CLEAR NEED TO DO SO.

Not sure how others do it , but i can talk for myself. I assumed i would only need a couple runs to complete th edrop and then do dailies. That was the case on 1 account. Got my julian , then i started doing gold dailies. Standing at 17 gold armors right now and 1 plat.
The other account was unlucky , and while i do need the gold , this is also the older account that already has a maxed core team , so i can skip a whole monday daily.

Also , i should remind you that the "pro breaks" team asked for breaks between real events in a period of time when we didn't got no gold rush , no star events , no nothing. Personally , i'm okay with a new event right after this one , since we had a pretty long break coupled with a gold rush. We're not supporting months long breaks either in case you missunderstood.

EDIT. PS: there is also the fact that rng can be a bitch. Are you certain you will have the luck/stamina to get all the units , assuming you skip a couple of days ? I am not for 1. I've had terrible luck at times and honestly speaking ...i'd rather drop 70-100k i usually make in a monday and be certain i manage to get all the units , then get pissed that i don't have enough stamina for that on the last days. I think a gold unit is worth more then 100k , don't you ?
