Hm, here's what I think:
I'll try my best to keep it short.
1) For leveling & CC, I would get Bashira, Katie and Iris like up to level 50, but no rush, try to get a handful of people to 30 first, seeing as you're doing a little bit of "Almost everything"
2) As Question 1, with a small group of level 30s, especially witches, I think you could survive the Monday daily mission where you can get gold armors to discharge for a ton of dosh. But I will test it this monday with my dummy account and see if it's possible with level 30 Witches/Mages.
3) I see you have a few gold spirits. If you got a surplus as so, what I would do is 1 spirit to 3 bronze units. It would increase the EXP boost and is great at saving a little money since cost is dependant on the character's current level, not how much EXP they're gaining.
4) "Almost everything" isn't a bad way to go about it. You'll need your witches, you'll need your mages, you'll need your Archers. There are some special snow flake classes who fit specific niches, such as your Samurai, Ninja and the front guard lady, but the key are listed in the FAQ in the sticky.
I will post it here though: Don't feel discouraged if you don't have this exact team, afterall you have a few special classes like Ninja, Front Guard and Samurai.
