I'm not sure, but I've bought quite a few inventory slots at 100 koban each and the price hasn't changed. I'm not sure how many slots I've bought with koban, but I now have 67 inventory slots.

Maximum is 100 slots and the pricetag is 100 koban per slot all the way to the end.

No. You can enter your initial team for free. If you want to subsequently change your team within the same tournament, that costs 50 koban. Changing your team is mainly for people who have made it to at least the round of 16 to that they've seen the teams of their possible opponents, and see that their current team will lose to an opponent, but but they'll win if they change it. You get 100 koban for winning a semifinal match and 200 for winning the finals, so a change that you reasonably expect will get you a victory in the semifinals is worth it.

Boy, I'm such a noob. T_T I thought have to pay 50 koban as a Registration Fee.

BTW, what's up with the time delay?

You can sign up for the tournament anytime between midnight Monday morning and 7 pm Tuesday. Everyone who signs up anywhere in that time interval is part of the same tournament. Preliminary matches to bring the field down to 32 happen on 8 pm Tuesday, then another round at 8 pm on each of Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. The semifinals and finals are at 8:30 pm and 9 pm on Friday. The timer is that you have to wait for the scheduled time of the next match before it takes place.
