Hi, I've been playing this game for about like 2 weeks now. bought Kenshin holloween version to 4 stars... but does her skills actually work? like her second skill where it suppose to boost attack for your leader unit and one other? and 3rd skill reduce attack of the highest enemy general? did some testing but did not seem to notice much difference?
