Yea, it appears to be event versions. I was looking them up by their numbers since google translate isn't exactly the best and I didn't notice at first since they had part of their original versions unit number as their own and thought they were the originals.

Like Sin is No.10005 and her event/alternate version is No.110005.

But Nutaku are notoriously all talk and no action (and broken promises)

It isn't the first time they said they'd do something but not deliver on it. It's worst examples include taking control of Aigis (lol) and the popularity voting event winners for FKG would receive alternate versions.
Until they actually revert the redraws, I can only assume that they are saying "it's a mistake and we'll correct it" simply to get us to stop pestering them.
And the moment we stop pestering them is the moment they'll forget about it.

Amikyutia is something you get as a Mission reward. You'll get a few copies eventually; IIRC they're from the total number of victories series.
