But Nutaku are notoriously all talk and no action (and broken promises)

It isn't the first time they said they'd do something but not deliver on it. It's worst examples include taking control of Aigis (lol) and the popularity voting event winners for FKG would receive alternate versions.
Until they actually revert the redraws, I can only assume that they are saying "it's a mistake and we'll correct it" simply to get us to stop pestering them.
And the moment we stop pestering them is the moment they'll forget about it.

These are some of the future loli characters I have mentoined earlier. There's 0 chance of them making it over at this rate.

Unless you guys wanna see 10 year olds with cow udders, or cut content.
