Did they change the amelia passive?

Used to be move speed and now it's useless war funds o-o

Catherine seems to be the closest to best captain now, I think.. She is -1 unit while maintaining the special bar generation(although not as helpful to get it started) and is concentrated on defensive stats.

Karol could be good with her heal as well, but usually the heal is an overkill for 1 unit and vehicles do not include tanks, so it's kind of meh..
Rest of the captain seem too offense stated and don't add anything much to it..

So seems like Karina commander, Catherine captain, Astrid lieutenant and either Wanda or Nami sergeant is the way to go, hmm...

It's much harder than having that insane move speed bonus now though...
