They should give everyone like 400+ from each material as a compensation for this kind of shit lol and some kind of items like after last event on top of that ..... Having connectivity problems 2 times during one event for hours is really something.

They should start adding maidens of different element in events.. Thanks to some luck in gacha I now have 3 dark element maidens I need to collect crystals for.. Daphne from event and Luna and Kade from gacha... :/

It was down all afternoon for me. Rather a huge increase in upgrade costs when I return today too. Upgrading a common item to lvl 2 now costs 2000 instead of 100. A rare to lvl 2 costs 4500. I just started playing last week, and that seems to make equipment upgrading rather out of my reach.
