Galrose is awful. Isara and Maim aren't yet farmable to seven stars other than by whaling, so we really don't know how they compare. And it doesn't matter, anyway, unless you want to whale them to seven stars.

Maim's in the arena shop right now, so you can get a decent extra chunk of shards for her.

Is it better to rank up my Charlotte to get her from 5stars to 6stars, or get her weapon Princess Alice Shard? I currently dont own her weapon

It's fine to give a character some arbitrary seven star weapon that you got from non-event raiding. But no character in the game is viable until you get her to seven stars.

What do I prioritize upgrading with these shards? Skills or the stat boots?

Have any of the hentai scenes been collected and posted somewhere?

How can I use character shards to do a summon?
