Ah. I assume ADV is nullified by hit? e.g 20% ADV - 20% HIT = 0 ADV?

As far as I know, it's to avoid debuffs, not damage.

It seems you can't even get the new girl within the duration of the event... You can only run each stage once a day. I only got a bit more than 40 compasses including all of the first time clear rewards on todays run. Each shard cost 40 compasses and you need 40 shards... You can't even get a enough for a shard a day after doing the first time rewards, let alone 40 shards within the 2 week duration of the event. Heck, you'll probably won't even get 10/40 of the needed shards if you grab anything else.
Am I missing something here?
