"Attribute Compatibility

There are levels of attribute compatibility between the attributes
of a skill and the attribute of the troop who holds that skill.
When the attribute compatibility is good, inflicted damage is multiplied by 1.3x,
where it is unfavorable inflicted damage is multiplied
by 0.8. Attribute compatibility is ranked in the following order.
Fire->Wood->Water->Fire...
*Having no attribute has no effect on attribute compatibility."

AND...

"Divine Protection Attributes

Divine Protection Attributes have the following effect on troops with the same attribute.
・Coliseum quest boss status multiplied by 1.2
・Skill activation chance multiplied by 1.2

The Divine Protection Attribute changes at midnight each night."


So with a full wood team i get powned by Salamander...
