Thread: Yet another new game by nutaku: Duel Squad!

New coliseum event started. The ranking reward this time is very nice, a card with Gatcha UR level of power. Garum is good enough even unevolved, unlike Vanya (yet again only top 50 are getting to evolve her fully, and this time it looks like the competition is a lot fiercer).
Also, with the pack thing seems a good deal for the spenders (500 gold for 5 cards, while with gacha it would be 1500 gold), I wonder about the probabilities since they're not shown though. Also, no loli slayer.

From what I gathered from my guildmates these packs have a great UR rate, 4 out of 5 of them got an UR from their free pack.

The complete absence of any loli cards outside one UR exception leads me to believe they are very much avoiding implementing any of those cards.

Bahamut has some semblance of chest size anyways. Which according to Nutaku's lame sense, is enough to not be considered loli. Completely flat washboards with no discernible chests are the ones that usually don't survive, and it seems to stay true in this game.

I must be unlucky. I only got SR dupes and an R card.

just spent 2300 gold for pack of 5 more boosters, and every single card was R except 1 SR. What a ripoff.

Ha, happened to me too. It would seem that the free pack has always awesome cards (at least two-three SR, often an UR) in it to tempt you into buying more. Except the store bought packs are rigged to have different -and awful- drop rates: most of them will have 5 R.

Ugh, I can't believe I fucking fell for this shit.
I was a bit suspicious since in normal gacha using tickets, I always kept getting the same kinds of SR cards, mostly Zenobias, Lyras and Salamndra dupes. Now I am certain that the devs tweak the rates on a per character basis.

It makes total sense, since even games like Granblue was called out for tweaking their rates for only specific characters to drop.

That's the last time I spend money on an inferior niche Nutaku game.
