About: Ryoga is one of the most renowned Harem Inspectors in the Haremverse. Tasked with ensuring that conditions are good for all involved, he will poke and prod at harem owners to ensure that everybody is happy. His mean demeanor and brash personality usually put people off. Those who get to know him, however, understand that this is just his way of expressing love and affection.
He has darker hair instead of blond and his uniform is similar in color rather than green. Both are very popular boys though their career is different, Takumi is a student while Hayano is a Harem inspector. They are notorious teasers as well, but beneath that is a loving personality.
