About: Hunahpu is an ancient Hero of legend known as the Blazing Sun. He once founded a Kingdom of Warriors and led them as the strongest of them all. Wise and brave, he’s protected his people and fought the Shokushu from the very moment it was formed. But despite his power and fame, he's a pretty chill and silly guy who likes to goof off and have fun when time allows it. After having been gone for a long time, he’s returned to the Haremverse now that the Hero who will once and for all defeat the Shokushu Dimension has finally arrived.
Parody Info: Xbalanque (Genshin Impact)
Technically, Xbalanque has no proper full design, only murals, so Hunahpu's look is kind of OC but based on three sources. His historical look is the basis for his dark skin and brown hair. His hairstyle is from a fan art. And his general physique and clothes are from Mausau, a young boy Xbalanque possessed during his return. Both are ancient and legendary Heroes with mastery of fire, and changed the landscape of their nation. But unlike with Xbalanque who just changed the rulership of Natlan from dragons to humans, Hunahpu however founded his own nation. Despite their legendary status, they're also very goofy and and chill. Hunahpu's affection scene is referencing Xbalanque's return to Natlan to visit the heroes of that he generation that defeated the Abyss, and see their strength, or in Hunahpu's case, their sexual prowess. The bike on his scenes is referencing Mavuika's bike, and the sexual duel between the MC and Hunahpu is referencing Xbalanque and Mavuika's battle in different dimension. Unlike Xbalanque that only has one day and must return permanently to the other wide, Hunahpu can return from time to time. Similar to Xbalanque, Hunahpu's name is derived from the Maya Hero Twins from Native American Mythology.
