About: Despite his age, Kallen is the owner and manager of the decadent Ace’s Out Casino. This fledgling entrepreneur runs a tight ship, with the patrons of his casino leaving with less (clothing) than what they came in with. While Kallen prefers to watch things play out from afar, he cannot control his gambler’s spirit for too long and isn’t afraid to get involved when the stakes become high.

Kallen is blond compared to Kaede who has white (formerly black) hair. His uniform has a playing card suit pattern, predominantly white as well, same goes for his pants. While Kaede is the Student Council's manipulative Treasurer, Kallen is business owner already, owning a casino. Both prefers to be on the sideline and watch the scene unfolds, but being gamblers, battling under high stakes is also something they take pleasure to.
