Michelangelo makes sure that all his prisoners understand their position - and that position is bent over and under his thumb. Michelangelo's breath is said to weaken the senses, making domination a breeze.
Michelangelo's appearance is more human-like compared to Magellan who has a demonic motifs. His outfit is different as this is a variant of Michelangelo who will be available on World 12, though it still has some prison vibes to it, as he is a prison warden like Magellan. Michelangelo's having a weakening breath is a reference to Magellan who can breath poison. Ironically, while his source is demonic, he is named after one of the most religious painter in the world.
