Michelangelo isn't as large as Magellan and he looks more human, he also has added mustache on his face. He wears a similar outfit though it doesn't have a wing decoration on its back. Michelangelo's horns appears to be real unlike the warden he's parodying who's horns is just an accessories. Both are hardcore officers though compared to Magellan, Michelangelo is less brutal, and the latter's domination breath is a reference to the former's poisonous breathing.
