The third Sex Champions to be obtainable, after Alban and Visor. His appearance is pretty much like Shunsui, just with silver hair, and his outfit is even more flowery than him. While Shunsui wears a standard Shinigami uniform, with a female kimono draped on his shoulder, Matsuda's outfit is more exposing and his uniform has floral patterns already, but the coat has different designs. Both are Shinigami captains who are extremely powerful but otherwise, very laid-back and flirty. Matsuda references Shunsui's powerful weapons twice, first is with his double-blades, and second is his ability to manifest two dicks.
