Individual missions reward players with xp and either cash, a number of Eccentric or Voyeur Gems, or a random equipment or gift item. The amount of cash and xp earned is relative to your level and the rarity of the mission.
Events provide one additional mission each day the event is active with the mission relating to the given event. Event missions reward players with kobans upon completion with the reward and time to complete dependent on the number day of the event. The reward amount and time it takes to complete the event missions are as follows with some room for variation on the timer of plus or minus 20% of the following times:
