About: Tenchi has been the bartender at the Cock & Tail bar for as long as anyone can remember. He usually challenges those who enter the bar to games of skill and luck, as a way of entertaining them as well as connecting with them, and to give them the best service possible. He is eager to serve, and will make sure that all patrons leave fully satisfied.
Tenchi has darker hair unlike Decim who has white hair. They wear the same bartender outfit but Tenchi's uniform is bluish. Both are bartender but unlike Decim which is an arbiter who judges his costumer, whom all are dead, if they'll get reincarnated or not through various games, Tenchi, however, is just a regular bartender.
