About: An eccentric man with a big bounty on his head who somehow always gets into trouble but promises he only has the best of intentions. Despite the mystery surrounding him, there are some rumors about him being a special creature - an alien, if you will that has come to these deserted lands in hopes of making them flourish again as well as igniting the passion in the locals, as it is not easy to enjoy oneself in the dry, scorching desert.
Parody Info: Vash the Stampede (Trigun)
Vinnie's appearance is based on the remake version of Trigun, and not his classic look, though said classic look with spiky hair is shown on his 3-star and 4-star poses. He has blue hair instead of being blond, and the same goes for his outfit, instead of red. Vinnie also has scarred body which is now replaced by bunch of metalic materials, and his arm is also cybernetic. Like Vash that is actually an alien, an Independent Plant, so is Vinnie and despite their good intentions, they always ended up making troubles and became wanted criminals in return. Vinnie's wings are based on Vash's Angel Power.
